Hawaii

I'm not sure what made me think that a trip to Hawaii with two kids would be relaxing, because it definitely wasn't! Between having to nurse Brandon in the rental car every three hours, and Justin getting up at oh-dark-hundred every morning, it definitely wasn't relaxing. BUT, we had a lot of fun exploring the beaches and yummy food. We rented a house in Ko'olina which was a great choice because it gave us the space and amenities we really needed. The wedding was fun too (more pictures to follow). Alas, the week was over too quickly. I did decide though, that 5 hours on a plane is the most I'm willing to travel with two kids!

Tired after a long plane trip. Justin kept busy on the plane eating snacks and reading the inflight magazine ;)

Red Egg and Ginger Party

We almost didn't have a Red Egg and Ginger Party for Brandon, but I figured I didn't want to get into trouble when he got older and asked why he didn't get one too. Hazards of being the second born! We had a lovely party at Tatami in Cupertino. Brandon actually held up pretty well, sleeping most of the time while people stroked and patted his hair. We decided to just leave him in his stroller up at the front so people could come and visit him - what a little emperor!

Brandon pics

Here are some more pics of the littlest Wong. He's about 11 weeks in these photos. And yes, that hair is all natural...we dry it like that after his bath and it stays like that until the next bath!

Singing "skills"

The Partridge Family we are not...

Justin had rediscovered his electric guitar (great) and really wanted Brandon to play with him, and I suppose I should be encouraging that, right? I've said many times that Justin is probably not the next American Idol...we are also NOT the next Partridge Family :)
